Hi everyone. Its been SO long since I have sat down and worked on a post. I started this blog to be 100% TRUTHFUL and that is how I want it to be......
I am food crazy! I love fried chicken fingers, I love diet coke, I love chocolate and see that is my problem. There is NOTHING wrong with eating those things its all about doing it in moderation; a word I have yet to learn myself. Many of you know I absolutely HATE any type of vegetable. I mean truly HATE anything green. I have slowly begun liking some spinach. (mostly in spinach and artichoke dip haha.) I don't know why I struggle with hating green things, I just think it is probably all up in my head. Heck I know it is.
Many of you also know when I started this blog I was beggining to lose weight. Weight I have slowly letting come back. I am just below 5 pounds then where I was when I started this blog. AHH! Many of you must think to yourselves that "She is so weight conscious" but I really am not. I could absolutely care less about what number is on the scale. It is more about how I feel and how I look. It is also about how my health is doing. Recently I started back onto a health regimen. I was working out about 45 minutes most days and eating WAY less than 1080 cals a day but even with watching what I eat and working my butt of I still continued gaining weight (not muscle, believe me.) I recently got on a new medication for my depression/anxiety called "prestiq" (I believe that is how you spell it." It did EXACTLY what abilify did to me.... its making me GAIN freaking weight. Sure I have been enjoying TONS and I mean TONS of fried foods/desserts but it is really slowing my metabolism down.
I got blood work down last week and well I passed with flying colors! WOO HOO!
My goal this week is to post one time per day. Just letting you know how I am feeling/doing. I am beginning "Tone it up" again so I am really nervous to see how that plays out. Please keep me in your thoughts/prayers as I struggle with weight fluctuation and not feeling very well. (I have been feeling very dizzy.) Thank you for reading! It's A New Day.....
Hello all my blog followers..... long time no post. Last time we talked I had lost about 20 pounds. I have struggled and STRUGGLED posting this but my guilt has finally fallen over me. I have gained about 8 pounds back. It has truly been a long and tedious process... of keeping the weight off. Everytime I weigh I gain or lose a pound or two. My weight goes back and forth like a see-saul. Honestly seeing the weight fluctuate like this is very discouraging. I have a endocrinologist appointment next week and I am scared to death. I gained ALOT of weight last week and I got blood work done. I have been having ALOT of problems with my thyroid and what I think may be some pre-diabetic (PCOS) problems. My real problem is being scared of hunger. I recently realized that I like to stuff my mouth with food that is well.... awful for me. I then decide to hide the food I eat. What I mean is that I like to hide the wrappers of the candy bars, or chips. Its not like I want to live like this.... I actually HATE IT. Sometimes I think my depression gets the best of me. I can tell I MUST change that. IM IN CHARGE!!! So I will post sometime tomorrow my eating schedule for the next few weeks. I've got to get this weight off... Also next week I will for sure let you guys know how my doctors appointment goes and what exactly my results are. Wish me good luck!

Food Plan May 8, 2013
Hello everyone. Its seems like everytime I promise to blog more it blows up in my face...anyway....
Today I have my first meal plan for May! I hope to post at least 3 a week. My goal is to get bikini ready for June and July! So here it is....
Lunch:
Chicken Curry 20 Carbs
White Rice 1/2 Cup 15 Carbs
Coconut Soup 10 Carbs
Total: 45/50 Carbs
Dinner:
Chicken and Cheese Sandwich 40 Carbs
Total: 40/50 Carbs
Snack:
1/2 Cup Fro Yo 15 Carbs
Total: 15/20 Carbs
Total for the day: 100 Carbs

Food Plan 4-25-13
Hello everyone! So here is todays food plan. I managed to walk 10, 200 steps today and burn lots of unwanted calories. Oh and im including a picture for throwback thursday of me when I was little.
Lunch: 11:00 am
Chicken Tenders: 19 Carbs
Biscuit 18 Carbs
Total: 37/50 Carbs
Snack: 2:00 pm
McDonalds Kiddie Cone 7 Carbs
Total: 7/20 Carbs
Dinner: 6:30 pm
Spaghetti with Meat Sauce 33 Carbs
2 inch square cake: 15 Carbs
Total: 48/50 Carbs
Snack: 9:00 pm
Apples 15 Carbs
Total: 15/20 Carbs
So I did great for my second day back onto my healthy lifestyle! I managed to only eat a total of 107 Carbs!
